"There really is not a negative thing about working there. I do wish I had been able to work on some projects other people were given. I felt I was given some really not so exciting projects and the guys were given all the fun work."

"Keep everyone informed of what is going on and remember the production team was just as important as those asking for the production."

"The work was bad and the machines we worked with were old and problematic."

"Should find a way to get some more money into the labs if you want to compete with other schools."

"Be polite, on time and professional. They take these things very seriously. Their IT department places great importance in customer service skills, so don't over-emphasize your technical skills."

"No career advancement opportunities at all. Opportunities for growth would have made me stay."

"Consider the possibility of allowing your junior employees to climb the ranks of the IT department instead of hiring people from outside."
