This is one of the most exciting and challenging fields I have come across. "All people and ideas are valued. The management team is truly open to feedback."

"Be yourself. Don't try to be a giant killer. Show a special skill that you've developed and focus on how that will make the company better."
What don't you like about working at Blackboard?
"There are a lot of technical barriers caused by a legacy development stack. I really wish they would put more focus on modernizing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep up the good work. You do a great job of recognizing individual and team effort."

What do you like about working at Slickdeals.com?
"I like the freedom and supportive environment to handle projects. The administration is very supportive and ideas are never shot down without consideration. We have plenty of drinks and snacks provided and plenty of recreational outlets around the office."

"Never order a well done steak. Steak should always be bloody."
What don't you like about working at Slickdeals.com?
"The company provides a vast amount of snacks and refreshments. Although I love the fact that the administration provides them for free and I do enjoy the variety of things to eat, my stomach and weight-loss diet do not."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Please keep the direction of the company in the same way it is headed. I feel like my management have a good grasp of what they need to do to progress."

"It offers many opportunities to grow professionally. Most workers get to see the fruit of their work relatively quickly since the company moves very fast."

"Be yourself. Don't say something just because you think that's what they want to hear."

"The pay isn't competitive at all. Unless you come in with a high salary, you can forget it."

"Keep up the good work. Get rid of those who bring office politics and the like."
