"IT Management. It is an all boys club. The mentality is that females do not belong in IT unless it is as a help desk person."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Allow individuals to use their skills even if it is not part of their job description. Just because their job description does not call for development or true analyst skills does not mean that the individual does not know how to perform those duties and should be allowed to."

"They need have better descriptions of their jobs. There System Analyst position was nothing more than help desk support for the software."
