"I've worked for MMIL for only 2 years, starting as a volunteer and then offered a part time as a SysAdmin assistant.My main duty is maintenance of servers and provide IT support for the researchers who work there.I do not have a lot to say about MMIL because of my brief stay with them but I think UCSD is a good place to work. "Lifers, lots of beauracray, sexist and racist clicks doing quite well (they had a mock lynching which management did nothing about), staff that is dead wood and many unqualified administrators."

"Clean house from the very top, re-hire, re-train, There are so many unqualified managers here, it is sad and shameful."
