"I loved the challenge on a day to day basis."

What don't you like about working at University of Chicago?

"People that did not preform up to their job descriptions falling into the crack of bureaucracy, and were still given outstanding performance reviews year after year, and their positions were not evaluated logically."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Top management that has not had any medical training or experience with the type of departments that they are heading, should have to be trained to understand the needs of their departments. When positions are looked at to be eliminated, there should be better criteria other than how much a position pays and time on the job."
