"I've worked for about 2 months and since then I already feel that I've grown a lot. Being such I small company (2 people when I joined) I ended up taking up a lot of responsibility in my position and out. With that I started off unpaid but once because of my initiative there were willing to pay me, thought not a lot, I still find it to be a great gesture on their part."
