What do you like about working at U-Haul?

"nothing, every upper management position is filled by family members of the owner and VP...and these people know nothing about what they are doing, all they do is fire people and ruin lives."

"ya don't go, this company is a piece of sh--"

What don't you like about working at U-Haul?

"Everything, I worked 110 hours a week because my boss said it was mandatory...not only was it life crushing there is no appreciation."

"The company allowed the managers to make improvements on their locations with a little interference."

"When interviewing with this company, make sure that you let them know about relocation or you will be sent anywhere they like."

What don't you like about working at U-Haul?

"The company required their General Manager to work 6 days a week(Monday thru Saturday) without much flexability."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The managers should not be required to work six days a week when they have everything running properly at their location."

"As far as being in their Management team, I was overworked. They expected in excess of 70 hours each week, 6 days each week"

"For the money, they expected to much, from not having a large enough payroll budget, to unrealistic expectations."

"Try to do the job at hand your self the way you expect it to be done!"
