"Nothing really other then it was a job."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't take the job, they will blame you for all the BIG MISTAKES they make. Thats why over the last 7 years or more then 1/2 of the people have quit or been fired. Management blames the workers for everything, yet they had/have NO say in ANYTHING."
What don't you like about working at Ty?
"Person who ends up being in charge always has no clue what they are doing. That is why company profits/sale have PLUMMETED for the last 10 years."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get rid of the person who has been in charge many times when the VP quits. They have probably had 7 VP's of Sales in the last 10 years. Many have lasted less then a year. This person who ends up in charge when a VP quits is the reason the company is in the shape it is in."
