"I worked at Twisted Monk for 1.5yrs and would continue working there if it was a possibility. The workplace is utterly unique in being a small artisan textiles company. Working in an industrial environment had it's own unique challenges and provided a space to learn personal endurance. This was one of the first times I had the opportunity to work consistently with co-workers that I didn't communicate on the same level with; which created initial tension that eventually worked itself out."
