"You're going to take a practical skills test in the area you're applying for, it's timed so know your stuff before you start!"

"last year there were WAY too many tutors and it was hard to get any scheduled time, but this year they've worked on that and things are WAY better"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They're doing awesome, it would be nice to have our pay bumped back up to what it was before the pay cut once the economy picks up"
