"Unless you're looking to join the bloated sales force this company will not be a good fit for you. Demand a higher salary before you're hired, it's not going to get any better once you start."

What don't you like about working at Turning Technologies?

"There's a great focus on the sales team, but many other department suffer because of this. The lack of attention and appropriate compensation creates a revolving door staffing issue."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I'd pay more attention to the people that make the magic happen. Giving all of the benefits and attention to the sales force may look good from the numbers, but losing the people that do the hard work will cripple the company."
