"If your a new person working for the company if you are unsure ask your supervisor and the experienced staff QUESTIONS. and DON'T STOP UNTIL YOU GET THE RIGHT ANSWERS."

What don't you like about working at Turning Point?

"Communication , and site training. there is no outline for resident expectations, for the staff to go on. I don't wanna have to use the force to get the information I need to perform my job effectively."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"For each site make a general outline for the staff and especially new staff , on what the residents expectations are, other than there treatment plans."
