"I have been in the industrial coatings field for 39 years and the last few years I ran across a streak of bad companies that being said as to not financially stable is why I moved on"
"I've worked at turner for over 12 years. It's a good place to work at. I rarely ever get to talk with anyone in authority about the progress of our shop-wide progress. Any info from authority would be nice to know where we as alloy welders would know how our progress is going compared to other companies or shops. It would also be nice to know how much we accomplished in a day's task.... a normal day on the job consists of an early morning 3-5 minute safety meeting after that, go to work."
