"Know your stuff. Being involved in the community and having contacts with vendors is a plus. They believe in the network system, so if you can get familiar with them and/or their associates, that would be a plus."

"Ability to work in my field. Networking with other management professionals. This was a joint venture with Gilbane...Gilbanes management style was excellent"

"Their bussiness culture was horrible. In addition to their inability to operate efficiently within a team design approach. Ability to motivate employees was non existent."

"Their is not many things that I did not like about Turner. They are a very big company and maybe they over looked the little person."
