"As a Consultant I was not allowed to make or enforce any changes by the supervisor. The supervisor acted out aggressively on site to the point of crashing a mobile unit into another mobile unit for some reason. He would not enforce any safety items I brought to his attention. We had a fire in the customer location due to his not requiring a fire watch. There were IDLH exposures that he refused to take any action. My result was to whistle blow to the client and I was fired. But there was change."
