What don't you like about working at TT Electronics?
"Since working for this company, I have started an coordinated several Continuous Process Improvement projects that have lead to the reduction of process lead time from 12 weeks to 6 weeks, that have reduced late product shipments from $260K to $1K and I have been in charge of reducing inventory costs by 20%. When I interviewed for the position, I was told that the offered salary range was $45K to $60K a year and I was offered a starting salary of $45K with potential for a raise after a 6 month review. I have only been reviewed once and given a 2% raise in over 2.5 years working within the company and I feel like Operations Management does not realize my value to the organization and not open to further progress. I am looking to work within a company that is open to my added value and can offer me professional growth."
