"Prefer not to discuss my previous employer relationship. On my resume it shows the breadth of my experience and accomplishments. Over the past 10 years I continued to be promoted to higher responsibilities and continued with my education in best practices. I have included 2 very strong and upstanding references that can speak to my abilities, performance and qualifications"

"Have to own a boat or be a member of the inner circle to get anywhere or be heard. As long as you're in the circle, it doesn't matter how awful your work is. Hostile work environment, claim to have open door policy but frown upon using it. HUGE turnovers but refuse to admit because they are cheap and biased. Dead end unless you're in the circle no matter how much experience you have."

Production Control Manager

"This was a management opportunity for me that turned out dissapoint me in terms of compensation with respect to the amount of improvement processes I have developed for the organization and the work environment can be unpleasant to work in."

What do you like about working at TT Electronics?

"I am still presented with many opportunities to find and resolve Supply Planning issues. I use my management and problem solving skills on a daily basis and I feel like I am in control of a very critical operating position within the companay."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Upon recieving an offer. You should recieve a written review and compensation plan from Operations Management in addition to the formal employment offer in order to ensure you recieve a competitive package with some assurance that you will recieve available annual raises."

What don't you like about working at TT Electronics?

"Since working for this company, I have started an coordinated several Continuous Process Improvement projects that have lead to the reduction of process lead time from 12 weeks to 6 weeks, that have reduced late product shipments from $260K to $1K and I have been in charge of reducing inventory costs by 20%. When I interviewed for the position, I was told that the offered salary range was $45K to $60K a year and I was offered a starting salary of $45K with potential for a raise after a 6 month review. I have only been reviewed once and given a 2% raise in over 2.5 years working within the company and I feel like Operations Management does not realize my value to the organization and not open to further progress. I am looking to work within a company that is open to my added value and can offer me professional growth."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Retain valuable employees and pursue Continuous Organizational Improvement opportunities."
