"Read the fine print, things aren't always as they appear."

"The company was spun off by Volkswagen and then acquired over a two year window. T-System then changed there espoused corporate direction which severely compromised clients and employees."

"Value your employees and your clients moreand remember that you have an obligation to those that helped to make the company successful."

What do you like about working at T-Systems?

"I loved every part of my position with TSNA. My boss, was the type that he knew he only had to ask me once for something and I would get it done. I made myself available 24/7 do to his traveling schedule and we never had any hiccups in that area."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be open minded. Its a multi-culture company. My boss was from France and spoke several languages, each manager is from another country and you have to be mindful of their culture and how they represent themselves."

What don't you like about working at T-Systems?

"I really never had anything that made me not like working at TSNA. All of the employees were always nice, I never had a day that I didn't want to come into work. I enjoyed every part of it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My only suggestion would be to watch the spending. As not all of management would in force company policy on spending. When I was let go it was due to cut backs, but I think they could have first cut in other areas."
