Working at TSymmetry in Melbourne, FL: 2 Employee Reviews

TSymmetry Employee

"The company does not care about it resources and as a former "seat filler" company that has recently been moved to a medium size business winning contracts due to high performance of its employees, you would think that would change but it has not. They provide very little incentive to stay and the one time a small bonus was offered they payout the following year twice over 8 months! They do not care about morale and the state of staff, they will post your job and release you w/o regard to the impact left on the remaining personnel, already short-staffed since they do not back fill positions. This results in taking on more responsibility and no additional compensation – you end up over worked and completely stressed but you pull through for your team. If you resign and they have any opportunity to deny you or delay what you have earned, they will do it. It does not matter how hard you have worked, how respected you are or how well you have performed your job. And in the manner they do it ~ It’s just plain spiteful. I have never worked at a more unprofessional and deplorable place. People are the main resource that organizations have for delivering services; TSymmetry is a service company. An employee who feels adequately compensated monetarily is more likely to stay with your organization. Policies and procedures both communicate the values of your organization and provide everyone with a consistent process to follow. Policies should not require further clarification; they should be direct and concise. Don’t take away compensation from the employee if they had already earned it. It might be reasonable to deny an employee a weeklong vacation request after they have given their two weeks notice. But you may not want to alienate your employees."

"Egregious and Unprofessional I had an opportunity to work with some amazing people – its takes trust to build a team and these people were amazing, however the TSymmetry Corporate office has little to no idea what they actually do nor how hard they work.
