"Fast growing company, that still holds the small company ideals. Definitely will be a hard culture change within the company to find it's way towards being the company it feels it is at the moment. Very top management heavy and forgets the greatest asset for a manufacturing company is it's PRODUCTION WORKERS. Definitely needs to refocus it's priorities."
