"I loved working there, they shut down the plant and I had to find another job."

"always interview your boss and see if your compatible, enjoy your work."
What don't you like about working at Truseal Technologies?
"no room for advancement in the plant, I was a mro buyer, maintenance supervisor and AutoCAD designer."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I was in management also, it was hard to please everyone, but I fond I would get more out of the people if they were happy!"

"I enjoy working with the people in my department and they are all hard workers. I enjoy working with my boss and other managers at Truseal."

"Good Lucking getting hired, they have 140 people laid off right now."
What don't you like about working at Truseal Technologies?
"It is a Union Shop and sometimes people try to use that to their advantage. However, I have enjoyed making it as difficult as possible for them."
