"Stagnant environment where ideas and conflicting proposals get me with negativity."

"Be open minded. Admit when you may not know as much as you think. Don't be afraid to ask for help, it is not a weakness."

"Very nice staff which were welcoming and assisted whenever they could.I learned how to be self efficient as I was on my own team working for the sales manager."

"I wish I had a mentor that was able to show me the ropes in the few days/weeks. Since I was to work on my own I had to dive in head first."

"Be a little more specific when asked about what they want out of the application to leave less guess work down the line."
