What do you like about working at True Partners Consulting?

"The culture is great at my current company. It is pretty colaborative and I am able to voice my opinions. There is also a flexible work schedule. We me attending numerous networking events in the mornings and evenings they do allow me to work out during the day at the gym in the office building."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Just be honest and upfront in your interview. It is a great company with potential for growth. I have grown in the 7 years I have been here."

What don't you like about working at True Partners Consulting?

"Right now my main problem is that we do not have a true Business Development group that I can learn from. The company is not fully invested in business development and my boss is not a true business development professional. I have learned from him and respect him but to get to the next level of my career I feel I need to work for a company that is as invested in me as I am in them."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My suggestion for our management is to have a clear vision for the company. With it being a company that has grown from a start up they still try to have too many people involved in decision making."
