"I’ve been a developer here for 2 1/2 years, and the company has steadily become smaller and smaller. All of us believe that the shrinking of the company is due to the lack of any kind of leadership from the CEO. 20% of employees were let go 10 mo ago and we’re starting another round of terminations this month. This used to be a great place to work, but sadly it doesn’t look to be around much longer."
