"I worked for TRM Construction for nearly a year. I helped the Senior estimator and Project Manager in many ways. I got them caught up after they struggled for 7 yrs. it was quit a feat! I enjoyed my job there unfortunately it was cut short do to downsizing."
"I began working at TRM in the fall of 2018. I learned there system and new estimating software within 2 days. I enjoyed my job and became very close to my vendors and employees. When I got a chance I would personally reward my foremen and their crews with lunch or sodas. It’s important to keep your co-workers doing the work happy and extend my gratitude for their work. All my co workers said if I ever left the company that they wanted to follow me wherever I go."
