Upper management is currently made up of the people that stuck around during the merging and lack proper managerial experience."

"You can wear Jeans everyday and the new building is nice although very call center-ish"

"Do your research, ask around, and ask the person who will be your direct supervisor pointed and direct questions about working at TriZetto. Especially about work life balance. Know what you are getting into."

What don't you like about working at TriZetto?

"Unsustainable work load. Bring work home every night and usually work most weekends. There is no such thing as a 40 hour work week anymore but this is Ridiculous! There is a huge disconnect between HR, Management and Employees. They implemented a Take as much vacation as you need policy (as long as you get your work done). Everyone brings there laptop on vacation so they can meet deadlines. It seems like this change was made to avoid having to paying out unused vacation time when people quit. Many inexperienced managers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You overwork and beat the hell out of your employees and then wonder why your quality is so bad. After a while people get worn down and just don't care anymore. Put your employees in a position to be successful."

"Unfortunately, I did not like working for Trizetto at all."

"STAY WAY or ask detailed questions about the current state of customer implementations such as timelines, budgets (+/-)."

What don't you like about working at TriZetto?

"POOR SOFTWARE QUALITY (Product Development group barely knows the S/W functionality). Also, there is constant MICRO-MANAGEMENT and management intervention for minor customer issues. Many projects were in RED status (or quickly went from green to red). The project management methodology is overly-complicated and is not working. Your name will be added to the Naught List and get a NASTY EMAIL sent to you if you don't fill out your timesheet."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get rid of the lifers, reorganize and start over. Bring jobs back to the U.S."

"Outsourcing all tech jobs to India, all management sucks they don't know what's going on anywhere and are out of touch"

"Stop outsourcing to India - they can't speak proper English and leave both co-workers and customers frustrated"
