If you are wondering what makes TRIMEDX different, it's that all of our associates share in a common purpose of serving clients, patients, communities...
2.1work environment is hostile and toxic. Too many of the hospital staff look for ways to throw you under the bus and/or stab you in the back. This also applies to your so-called co-workers, they will stab you in the back, instead of confronting you with a problem they may have with something you may have done. Not only the hospital staff but co-workers cry like little children to Trimedx management and/or Trimedx HR.
The team leader has very poor communication skills. Management claims that you are all a team, but the team leader keeps saying "your work order, your problem". If you have some Midol to offer the team leader to help with his manopause you might get help.
You will be hired in to, as they say "support the hospital" but your job duties will change from being a BMET to being a field service tech, without getting compensated for doing field service work.
If you enjoy being written up for leaving one minute early, if you happen to slip up and use a curse word, if you don't get your PM's done in a timely fashion, if you have repairs open for more than seven days. Trimedx loves to write you up for any little thing so they have power to force you do as they wish. You will have to do inventory on hospital equipment, which makes sense, but then they claim you have to drive all over the state inventorying doctor's offices, nursing homes, vision centers.
Local manager looks like he's fresh out of college and totally has no idea how to deal with people with different personalities and clearly has no idea what it takes to do a biomed job. The local manager sits in his office looking for new ways to write you up.
If you're planning to apply to Trimedx for a job, RUN, RUN FAST!!! Don't look back, don't cross go, don't collect two hundred dollars, just run and be thankful you didn't work for such a toxic company.
If you still apply and accept a job, get all the training you can in the first year of employment and then jump ship before they sink and take you down
4.6I have worked for Trimedx for 10 years and have had a great experience with my coworkers and growth with the company, however, since we are so big now, it seems more like a number and not as personal anymore. I feel we are not as driven to help people as in the past and more driven by the bottom line.
4.7I have worked for SSM Health/TriMedx for the past 3 years and it has been very rewarding. My career has been aligning with the military. I add m always open to new opportunities. Leadership or. non-leadership roles that allow me to use my abilities to better enhance a company’s vision. Providing a service is always a top priority in feeling a sense of accomplishment.
