"This is the most restrictive place I have ever worked. Triangle Reprographic's Accounting Manager instills fear in his new employees and subjects them to disrespect from other employees during training and is extremely disrespectful to them himself. During the 6 weeks I was there to be a Staff Accountant, they required me to train in 16 Departments (including Production). When I trained in Accounts Receivable, the trainer made me so nervous, I made mistakes I would never have made in any other position (considering the low level of the tasks vs. my experience) because she was so rude and condescending to me that I couldn't help but be fearful to do anything, for fear of making a mistake which is NOT allowed at Triangle if you don't want to be threatened and ridiculed by management, and the Accounting Manager and Human Resource person not only allowed it to continue, but defended her. About 50% of the employees there, even though they had been there forever (for some unknown reason) complained about the way the company is run and Management favoritism while they were training me. Most of the employees have been there 5 years or more and walk around with either blank stares or grins (much like in the Stepford Wives movie) and are forced to behave like robots or puppets in order to be successful at Triangle. This is a perfect example of "go along to get along". This is not a place for independent, free thinking, ambitious professionals. If you can be a puppet, this is a perfect place for you. You will fit right in. That was not me. Thank God I no longer work there, because one week later I found a fantastic job. I have everything at this job that I would never have had at Triangle. I'm a true Accountant now, not just someone that was going to serve as backup to everyone else's position as I was going to have to do at Triangle. Beware if you are a Staff Accountant, a true Staff Accountant. Do not go to Triangle. You will not be doing "real" accounting."
"just not for me."
