What don't you like about working at Tri-City Medical Center?

"Disruptive and unaccountable board that did not have a direction for the betterment of healthcare in the tri-city district. CEO focused on suing competion for stealing our patients rather than build an organization that was known for excellence in healthcare outcomes or patient satisfaction. The executive administration and the board of trustees manipulated financial indicators to make it look like the hospital was financially sound. Then, when they decided to lay off approximately 100 loyal employees, they said it was just business. Joint Commission standards for collaborative practice at executive level not complied with at all."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Put customer first. Promote excellence. Scale down legal department in favor of clinical experts. Recall/Terminate CEO & Board."
