"the management team isa always open for suggestions, but no always will to implement them."

"The orgainzational structure of the company. There were a lot of bosses and not alot of staff. Being that it was a small unit, I think that there was a missuse of staff."

"reorgainze the scheduling of both the patients and the staff in order to save both time and money as well as give the unit a smoother flow"
