"Their home office was in Calgary as well as their manufacturing facility. The disconnect was what was discussed with their VP of Sales and their real customer base. Their base was serviced by a representative, not an employee, who had other businesses and he started his own manufacturing in the Houston area. The customers and relations were with him and not Tresco."
