"Work from home."

"I loved working from home. I wasn't sure I'd like it as I am a people person, but I enjoyed it."

"American Express has a great benefits package and is in fact a great company to work for. I felt that lower management left alot to be desired."
What don't you like about working at American Express?
"Due to the economy, the job security wasn't there. I also felt that lower and mid level management could have been better."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To be open and honest with your employees. Also, be clear on expectations and have the forethought that every employee is different and so is every situation."
