"If you are not applying for sales, be OK with being stagnant if applying in other areas of the company. A great place to work if you are looking for stable, continuous employment. Very nice people, good company culture, nice leadership team. Just not a lot of growth and for a go getter like me who wants more money and always wants a career path, it served it's purpose and now it's time to move on."
What don't you like about working at Nexus IS?
"No growth opportunities. Could not get a career path. Want a career path."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would offer more growth opportunities for those in the administrative roles."

What do you like about working at Volkswagen Group of America?
"I really appreciate the autonomy I was given. Many of my co-workers were passionate about their work. There was a lot of innovation and creativity. In addition, I was shown respect and praise in my position. Wonderful environment and company to work for."

"Be honest and just be yourself. Volkswagen Group of America is a very fun, innovative, and well-respected company to work for."
What don't you like about working at Volkswagen Group of America?
"There is limited room for advancement within department because it is very small."

"I would encourage management to continue the support and guidance for their employees. Employees have wonderful benefits, perks, and appreciation events. Great job management."
