"New hires actually do not work on Traumasoft software. The spend their time "bandaging" aging, arguably antiquated, web sites for the sibling company eInternet Design. During my employment, servers all ran deprecated Ubuntu LTS (12.x), old Apache versions, old PHP versions and old MySQL versions. Work culture is poor to non-existent. Work/life balance does not exist. All but one member of the "leadership team", behave in manners I would deem unprofessional. Project management is decentralized and inconsistent. Developer area was uncomfortably cold in the winter, and uncomfortably warm in the summer."
"I was making websites for some clients, and the CMS we were using was hard to work with. Everyone was friendly, and it was a fine place to work. Plus, they have upgraded offices since I left."
