"I was placed at Transtar Industries as a receptionist. Within a matter of days they realized I could and would handle more responsibilities. I soon began managing the will-call desk: greeted customers, printed invoices, accepted cash/credit cards and processed all payments. I reconciled customer accounts, made follow-up calls for various customer service needs. I reconciled the cash register and prepared the daily bank deposits.
