3.2 worked for Transform formerly know as Sears Home Improvement Services. The biggest issue is that you will put a lot more time in than you will receive by way of pay Commission only . Even if you perform you may find that the way their contract is set up basically presents a scenario that set you up to spend more out of pocket and there is no back up . Trainers will jump in to your appts with out notice just to ensure that they get full payment while you receive half. then do nothing in aiding the projects that they did nothing more than sat in with you on . if you start in the fall be weary as the ship trip creates a mass of reps that want to use your possible connects to get them aboard leaving you wo a day off and dollar in your pocket there are better jobs out there this one felt bankrupt The mgrs. are nice but they just took pay cuts and have no motivation to help you through the gate
