"I did not have a complaint about the company until I transferred into installation services. Even though I proved to excel at relationships and communications, I found the daily regimentation restrictive. I prefer to work in an open structure and have difficulty in limiting certain tasks to specific days."

"Management needs to find a better way to ensure a better job/personality fit. The environment is very supportive, but when structure does not fit, it is hard to muscle around it."
