"Felt somewhat isolated. Not a lot of social interaction in the organization."

"It is a fun enviroment. It is also structured great but also allows for individuality. The people I work with are amazing and make it a pleasure to come to work each day."

"It is a wonderful company to work for. It is physically demanding but very satisfying when you see your hard work come to fruition."
What don't you like about working at Chili's?
"They cut most of our bonus package and reduced our benefits. I understand that times are tough and tough decisions had to be made. But when these things are reduced or taken away without an explanation it makes the staff feel like they are being punished."

"Working for Chili's has been a pleasure. Continue to develop your star employees and drive for your goals."
What do you like about working at Johns Manville?
"The company was ok, but it is currently closed and relocated."
What do you like about working at Procter & Gamble?
"Everyone is trying to help each other grow. But at the same time, I would describe it as old school in that change is very hard to execute, and work is done in very traditional manners, and not as accepting of using technology and work/life flexibility that is available now."

"Be honest. They are very good at perceiving inauthenticity. Don't worry about where you live, because it will suck."
What don't you like about working at Procter & Gamble?
"I don't like that working from home is a barely acceptable arrangement. It's hard to find roles where you can live in large cities that people actually enjoy living in. It is automatically expected that your career leads life, vs your life leading your career."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Spread more awareness based on neurobiological facts of what really improves employee productivity and creativity - two key factors that would enable us in this VUCA environment."

"This organization does not allow many opportunities for growth throughout the company."

"Provide additional opportunities for advancement and growth for all employess."

"The flexibility to adjust according to the school district's schedule and Aramark."

"Working for Aztec as well as with Aramark is always going to be on a contract signed by the client/customer and employment could end at any point unless assigned to another account assuming they have an opening."

"No real advancement opportunities due to being a contract of only 3 years."

"Always be prepared to communicate on ways to keep and or extend account contract."

"The people and the leadership. I worked with some very good people and mentors. I was challenged and was able to take the opportunities given to new heights in my career."

"It is a wonderful place to work and you will get as much as you put into. Make sure your technical skills are sharp!"

"The politics, and the attrition rate was escalating so the work load became extremely unbalanced."

"I would highly suggest keeping a closer relationship with middle and lower management."

"this company is a versatile place, where one could grow. Have long time plan before hitting the Interviews. All the best."

"My aim is to Experience and work in USA and live a better life over there, other than that Siemens Middle east is a perfect place to work"

"The management has rugged polices and measures with high level compliance, which is perfect and should keep up the same"

"It required to much of my time not enought time left for my family"

"50 hr max including travel time I averaged 60 plus a week"
