What don't you like about working at Transfreight?
"There is a passive-aggressive management style. People may have a genuine issue with others but they won't guide or correct them but will tell everyone else but that individual. For example, a 10 year-veteran driver was told by a manager that their suspensionp was being reviewed, when in fact that manager had signed and maild the termination letter a few days earlier. Also, when they had issues with temporary-agency workers, they would not address any performance concerns and would then let them go and for people like myself with a Bachelor's degree they would put them on night shift or demote them to 'make them quit.'"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Give regular performance feedback and be fair (for example, management joining in on doing things they should not and then being harsh towards some others who are not doing it)."

"Having worked with a marketing representative, she helped discuss my goals and needs and found a perfect fit."

"Contract terms are sometimes not set in stone but that is due to corporate restructuring and Aquent has no control."

"The team atmosphere was always open and willing to help each other for the final outcome of the business."

"Be authentic don't try to be something your not."

"You were stagnant not much room for growth. There was too much company politics."

"Open their eyes to the people that really are trying their hardest to get the job done."

"bureaucracy, salary, getting laid off"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"When someone moves from hourly to salary and they are offered a salary that is higher than the previous base salary but lower if you include the previous overtime, this makes no sense at all. Take into account the ACTUAL AMOUNT people were making."

"An alright place to work, needs some work on balancing work and personal life."

"I loved doing the programming for all of the cable television stations and working with the staff."
What don't you like about working at Spectrum?
"The department supervisor played favorites with staff in regards to work and personal lives. Made certain people pick up the slack when others would leave for life issues, but wouldn't let everyone have the same chance to leave for life issues."
