"nothing the company is good in my opinion. the only problem is that they are going to a 3rd party and they won't need warehouse managements anymore."

"My suggestions for the management in that organization are to keep doing what they do by making sure the employees meet their goal"

"we often get pounded with work in short notice. the people that do the heavy lifting don't always get the credit/pay."

"find ways to hire more of our better employees to full time jobs while increasing salaries for full time employees so we don't lose good employees to the competition."

"the inability of the location to adapt to new energy. the over all focus sometimes is neglected"

"the direction of production starts with management. tenure is not always a good thing"
