"It's in my hometown where I'm well respected. I can see that my skill sets are needed. I have access to a lot of resources."

"Working with the kids in Greenville can be challenging. The students are very similar to innner city students in the bigger districts."

What don't you like about working at Greenville Independent School District?

"I don't see room for growth. I have been knowing some of the administrators for years. I don't see them maximizing my skills to help the community."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When you have highly skilled individuals, don't micromanage them if they stay on task."

"Great working with kids, co-workers, and administration; loved watching and guiding kids growth into productive community citizens."

"Always be involved in out of class activities like coaching, student support, tutoring, and clubs."

What don't you like about working at Marshall County School System?

"It was sad working there from time to time due to it being in a low socioeconomic area of Alabama and witnessing hardships placed upon the children."

"Expand the course of studies including upper level classes providing a more rounded education."
