"I was given an opportunity to work and learn hands-on at Town Park Apartments as a leasing consultant. It is a career shift for me and I took it as a great learning chance to understand and fit in to a whole new medium. My ability to handle computers and programs was what brought me in. I learned and trained the staff to use Rent Manager property management software to increase efficiency in day-to-day tasks. In turn I too am getting trained to handle tenants, leases and maintenance issues within the apartment complex."
