"Overall Total Merchant Services is a great place to work. TMS is a start-up (with lot of funding) and have big plans for next 5 years. The CEO is great leader. However, Software Development department is very bureaucratic and they have unnecessary rules to not talk with other departments! They micro-manage everything. There is low employee morale and no planning of project. The result is that none of the projects ever get delivered on time. The CIO keeps firing people as scapegoats for failures"
