"The only thing would be to just be yourself. This is easy to do because the ones doing the interviews make you feel very comfortable."

"The only piece that I don't like is the drive in. But that is not something in their control."

"I really don't have any. They are doing a fantastic job here at Tornier, Inc. They are definitely moving in the right direction."
