What do you like about working at Tom Thumb?
"That there is always something to do! I could do my position and then if needed can do other positions as well."

"If you want to improve, you really have to press it, otherwise they will overlook it."
What don't you like about working at Tom Thumb?
"My only problem has already been listed. About getting management asking for help and we give it to them, but they tell us to come to them when we need them and they turn us down."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would do the best I could to help associates when they feel overstressed. The only real problem with them is that they give us their jobs to do, and we do them. If we ask them for help with our jobs, they turn away. I believe you have have to give to receive."
