"Because of work commitments it become very difficult to keep the balance between your personal life and professional life."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My only suggestion is that they should look at the work profile and how much responsibility of each and every employee and decide the remuneration. Many time some people work from 9 to 5.30 and some people work for 10 to 12 hours a day, on the basis of ones responsibility they should decide the remuneration."
