"Not much. The job is not an academic challenge, but if they realise you're smart, they older workers feel threatened, and will gossip and slander you to the 'right' people, and your career is over."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are unemployed at the time of the interview, their policy is to offer you below the base rate for the position and after you leave they say, he/she is desperate they will take anything VERY UNETHICAL COMPANY"

What don't you like about working at TJX Companies?

"Very closed minded in the way they think. Not a place for young professionals. There is a culture and a clique, and if you don't play the game, they will choke the last breath out of you."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They are too many managers with their own ideas, and on too much of a power struggle. The District Managers don't know what's happening below them, and a lot of stuff is swept under the carpet."
