"Stagnation and no room for growth. It was too much daily grind and projects were too few and far between."

"Lack of consistancy between divisions. Not all divisions follow the same rules."

"Work on communications and teamwork to get all divisions working by the same set of rules.r"

"We do not have the tools or regular funding support to complete tasks on time"

"More lines of communication upward. This is a real problem."

"I can not say anything bad about the company. The only thing I did not like about the company, then we had a small office and you have little free space."

"The company is growing every year and expanding, so I do not think my suggestions relevant."
