What don't you like about working at TJ Russell Company?

"The owner... Very awkward to deal with. He needs to brush up on his Sales skills because his are extremely outdated. He is highly impulsive and does not think before he speaks and does not think of the potential reprecussions of his actions. He can be extremely demeaning along with manipulative. Once a sales rep has reached a certain amount for an annual salary, he begins to change the commission structure and removing accounts from your book of business and adding ones that have not been active in years. This is a small business, changes need to be made. The owner has to be willing to invest more money to make more money. He should reinvest into his business ratther than into his personal life. He should also be out in the community promoting his business instead of going MIA for hours and hours at a time....STAY AWAY"

"Take a sales class. Respect your employees. Learn management skills."
