"The TJ Max I worked for showed a lot of favoritism. Some of the management team very rude and condescending .Had very difficult time getting paychecks sometimes not getting paid for 3 weeks at a time. Complained ,made many calls to HR and district manager until finally getting paid regularly but came with cost of now being mistreated mainly due to my persistence trying to get paid in timely manner. Forced to reiterate to them that it is state and federal law to get paid in timely manner, Now have to live with the fall out from management mistreating me now. so much for the so called open door policy you complain and they make your life a living hell. .management favorites get showered with reward cards winners names kept secret because they don't want people to know how rigged it is. .They refuse to post winners names as they should. If you like to kiss butt and take any crap handed to you like a mindless drone then this would be a perfect job for you..If you demand equal treatment , respect and honesty then you would not be a good fit as they will treat you as an outcast make it miserable for you hoping you just leave."
